About the role

Muthoot FinCorp Branch Sales team drives customer acquisition and micro‑market expansion for loan products. The Branch Sales Officer generates leads through cold calling, nurtures referral partners, and manages end‑to‑end loan processing while delivering doorstep service. Role based in Madhyamgram with on‑site presence at the branch office.

What you’ll do

• Identify and develop micro‑markets and referral partners
• Generate leads via cold calling and daily sales calls
• Guide customers through loan application and processing
• Cross‑sell insurance products to loan customers
• Maintain relationships and retain existing loan portfolio

What you’ll bring

• 0-5 years experience in sales or business development
• Proficiency in local language and English
• Strong presentation and communication skills
