About the role
OTC Senior Associate on the Business Process Services team at Tata Consultancy Services. The role owns end-to-end Order-to-Cash functions including billing, cash allocation, and AR, while providing analytical insights and vendor relationship management. Works night and rotational shifts from the Chennai office, 100% on-site, with a focus on finance and accounting processes.
What you’ll do
- Own O2C functions such as billing and cash allocation
- Highlight challenges and provide guidance through daily reporting
- Maintain vendor relationships and track budget expenses
- Perform data entry and general math tasks
- Work independently and ensure attention to detail
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years O2C experience
- Finance/Accounting degree (MBA, M.Com, B.Com, BBA)
- ERP experience, preferably Oracle
- Strong analytical and MS Office skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
