About the role

OTC Confirmations Team within a specialized finance group builds and maintains accurate OTC derivative confirmation documentation for global institutions. The Senior Analyst/Associate drafts, reviews, and manages confirmation templates, resolves trade discrepancies, and drives process automation in a fast‑paced capital markets environment. Remote work aligned with US business hours, based in India.

What you’ll do

Draft and manage OTC derivative confirmations ensuring accuracy and risk mitigation
Collaborate with legal, trading, risk, and operational teams to resolve documentation issues
Create and maintain confirmation templates with stakeholder approvals
Support process improvement initiatives for efficiency and automation
Provide documentation guidance for new products and structured workflows

What you’ll bring

2-3 years drafting OTC derivative confirmations
Knowledge of ISDA Equity and Swap Definitions (2002, 2006/2021)
Experience with OTC equity structured products such as Autocalls and Swap Strategies
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal English communication
