Groww Mutual Fund seeks an Equity Research Associate to deliver objective investment research, build financial models, and identify alpha opportunities across sectors. Responsibilities include developing earnings and valuation models, analyzing data for emerging trends, providing timely buy/sell recommendations, maintaining industry coverage, and conducting primary research. The position is based in Mumbai’s Lower Parel office and offers a full‑time, on‑site work environment.

What you’ll do

Create and maintain earnings, valuation, and industrial models
Analyze data to identify emerging opportunities and risks
Identify actionable investment ideas and provide buy/sell recommendations
Maintain documentation and coverage of industry news and trends
Perform primary research and stay abreast of sector sentiment
Execute tasks as a team player and self-starter

What you’ll bring

Master's degree in finance, economics, or CA
1-3 years of relevant experience
In-depth understanding of covered sectors
Deep knowledge of fundamental analysis, financial modeling, and valuation

Nice to have

CA/FRM/CFA/MBA qualification is a plus
