Solution Architect

About the role

Kinaxis seeks a Solution Architect to lead complex supply‑chain solution design and delivery for manufacturing clients across India. The role involves guiding consulting teams, driving workshops, configuring Maestro, and partnering with sales to articulate value. Candidates should bring 12‑17 years of consulting experience, deep knowledge of ERP/MRP, demand planning, and SAP implementations, and strong technical skills in SQL, JavaScript, Python, and R.

What you’ll do

• Provide creative solutions to complex business problems
• Guide and mentor consulting project teams
• Drive client participation in project design activities
• Lead deployment workshops for immediate value
• Facilitate business process design leveraging Maestro
• Resolve complex data and analytic configurations
• Configure Maestro interface per Agile user stories
• Develop roadmap to solve supply‑chain problems
• Provide high levels of customer service
• Articulate value of Maestro to sales partners
• Support services sales opportunities as technical leader

What you’ll bring

• 12-17 years of consulting experience in supply‑chain domain
• Experience in manufacturing, production planning and demand management
• Engagement and negotiation with C‑level stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of ERP/MRP, S&OP, demand planning, aggregated supply planning, order fulfilment, capacity planning, inventory management
• SAP ECC/APO or major ERP implementation experience
• Understanding of solution development life cycle: requirements, specs, test plans, testing, training, deployment
• Experience with relational databases and JavaScript
• Post‑secondary degree in a related discipline
