About the role
Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) team at Alcon builds and maintains master product data for web and ecommerce platforms. The analyst creates and reviews product master change requests, manages data requests, collaborates with stakeholders, builds dashboards, and drives data quality and governance. Bangalore, on-site, hybrid schedule as needed.
What you’ll do
- Create, review and approve product master change requests
- Manage data requests supporting sales initiatives and M&A
- Collaborate with web and ecommerce stakeholders
- Build dashboards and metrics within the PIM system
- Drive data quality through cleansing and best practices
- Report KPIs and ensure SLA compliance
- Develop data collection templates for product information
- Act as data steward and support continuous improvement
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, marketing or related field
- 3-5 years experience in PIM, DAM or MDM
- Experience with Stibo, Acquia DAM, Reltio, Informatica or similar platforms
- BI experience with Tableau or Qlik
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Understanding of data governance and quality management
- Analytical problem‑solving ability
- Excellent communication skills
