Associate Process Manager

About the role

Process Management team at eClerx Services builds and maintains enterprise-grade applications to support business operations. The Associate Process Manager develops Java/Spring Boot services, React front‑ends, and integrates APIs while optimizing SQL databases and participating in Agile ceremonies. Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, hybrid work model (Hybrid).

What you’ll do

• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise‑grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and TypeScript
• Design and implement Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs
• Build responsive front‑end applications with React.js
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and database solutions
• Integrate internal and external APIs for seamless data flow
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues to improve performance
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality software
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and reviews

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong experience with Java 8+ and Spring Boot
• Hands‑on experience with React.js and TypeScript
• Good understanding of Microservices Architecture
• Strong knowledge of SQL and query optimization
• Experience with API integration
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
