About the role

Azure Platform Services - CAT IT Division builds and operates Azure IaaS solutions at scale, focusing on SAP workloads. The Senior Azure Cloud Engineer designs, deploys, automates and supports Azure infrastructure, acts as a technical SME, and provides troubleshooting and training for global teams. Bangalore, India, on-site five days a week, with relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Build, migrate and manage Azure IaaS solutions including SAP workloads
• Act as technical SME for cloud infrastructure, providing troubleshooting and performance tuning
• Develop automated deployment solutions using PowerShell, Python, ARM templates and CI/CD pipelines
• Support global teams, documentation, training and onboarding
• Participate in architecture reviews, governance and operational excellence initiatives

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years Azure Cloud experience
• Azure certifications (AZ-120, AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-500)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with SAP workloads on Azure
• Automation using PowerShell, Python, JSON, YAML, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub
• Knowledge of security and compliance practices
• Familiarity with SCRUM methodology
