About the role
Strategy & Consulting – Global Network Data & AI practice helps clients unlock performance through advanced analytics and AI. As an Associate Manager you will develop statistical models, build dashboards in Power BI/Tableau, and translate workforce data into actionable insights for HR leaders. Gurgaon, Bengaluru, or Mumbai office, on‑site work model.
What you’ll do
- Develop advanced statistical and ML models for HR analytics
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions
- Translate business problems into analytical solutions
- Communicate insights through story‑driven reports and presentations
- Lead project teams and manage deliverables
- Collaborate with onshore/offshore analysts and clients
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years analytics experience
- 2-3 years people/HR analytics
- Proficient Python and ML libraries
- SQL and relational/non‑relational DBs
- AWS or Azure cloud services
- Power BI/Tableau dashboard creation
