What you’ll do

- Serve as first point of contact for CTMS questions and issues
- Collaborate with study team contacts to resolve document discrepancies
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and additional projects
What you’ll bring
- BA/BS degree
- Experience with ICH/GCP documentation
- Hands‑on with electronic documentation or web‑based data management systems
- Understanding of Good Clinical Practice
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and data standards
- Strong oral and written English communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to have
- Experience with clinical trial management systems (CTMS)
- Familiarity with data validation and quality control
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Strong problem‑solving and attention to detail
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot
