About the role

The consultant designs, configures and implements CRM solutions, gathers requirements, maps processes and leads delivery workstreams across multiple geographies. Bengaluru, hybrid model with onsite collaboration across India locations, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
  • Create process maps and workflow designs
  • Design and configure Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
  • Lead backlog grooming, user story creation and sprint demos
  • Conduct functional testing and solution implementation
  • Participate in pre‑sales activities and proposal development

What you’ll bring

  • 5-6 years Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience
  • Certification in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Marketing & Sales

Nice to have

  • Hands‑on configuration of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Marketing and Sales modules
  • Experience with Power Platform and integration technologies
