The Lead AI/ML Engineer designs architecture, creates reusable frameworks, and oversees end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑agent solutions on Google Cloud. Based in Pune, India, this role works on-site, collaborating with senior client stakeholders and consulting teams to drive AI transformation.

What you’ll do

• Lead architectural design and advisory for generative AI initiatives
• Develop core Go harness patterns using Vertex AI Agent Development Kit
• Define agent specifications, prompt engineering, and autonomy criteria
• Create evaluation, safety, and governance frameworks for production agents
• Guide pre‑sales technical discovery and client stakeholder engagements

What you’ll bring

• 6+ years consulting or professional services experience
• Deep hands‑on experience with production multi‑agent frameworks and LLMs
• Expertise in Google Vertex AI suite and GCP security
• Advanced Go backend development
• Experience in regulated industry AI safety and governance
