About the role

Travel Recruitment Support (RSS) team at ID Medical ensures clinicians receive timely, accurate responses and that recruiter‑ready profiles are complete and compliant. The role reviews clinician applications, verifies licenses and certifications, matches candidates to active Aya Healthcare opportunities, and escalates gaps to recruiters. Based in Kharadi, Pune, India with on‑site work (US night shift) and transport support. Benefits include PF and Mediclaim.

What you’ll do

• Conduct detailed reviews of clinician applications for completeness and accuracy
• Verify licenses, certifications, and specialty alignment with Aya Healthcare standards
• Match clinician profiles to active job inventory and identify optimal placements
• Coordinate follow‑up for missing documentation and ensure recruiter‑ready status
• Analyze work history and specialty to maintain high data quality
• Escalate discrepancies or limited opportunities to lead recruiters
• Track metrics on profiles reviewed, qualified, and credentialed

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years customer service or admin support experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Healthcare staffing experience preferred
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems
• Strong organizational and detail‑orientation skills
• Effective communication and structured workflow adherence
• Comfortable working US‑aligned night shifts
