About the role

What you’ll do

Conduct detailed reviews of clinician applications and profiles
Verify licenses, certifications, and specialty alignment
Identify and resolve missing documentation or discrepancies
Coordinate follow‑up actions to prepare clinicians for recruiter engagement
Match clinicians to active job opportunities based on qualifications and location
Escalate concerns or gaps to lead as needed
Maintain high data quality across recruiting systems
Support the Aya brand through accurate and compliant profile management

What you’ll bring

2+ years customer service or admin support experience
Bachelor's Degree
Healthcare staffing experience preferred
Strong organizational and detail‑orientation skills
Comfortable working US‑aligned night shifts
Proficient with ATS/CRM systems
Effective communicator
Ability to follow structured workflows
