With over six years of platform experience, the role blends deep technical expertise in Salesforce DX, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and CI/CD tooling (Copado, Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) with strong client‑facing communication. Responsibilities include assessing current DevOps practices, recommending improvements, and implementing end‑to‑end pipelines that integrate Docker, test automation, and security tools. The consultant collaborates closely with Technical Architects to scale solutions for enterprise‑level programs, ensuring continuous delivery across multiple environments while maintaining governance and performance monitoring. This position requires hands‑on knowledge of deployment models, sandbox strategy, and branching strategies, as well as proficiency in version control and code quality tools. The role is hybrid, based in Hyderabad and Bangalore, and offers the opportunity to shape Salesforce DevOps best practices for a leading customer‑success organization.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements
- Assess existing DevOps processes and recommend improvements
- Design, present, and implement best‑fit DevOps solutions
- Lead selection and implementation of DevOps tools and technologies
- Set up and execute Salesforce DevOps frameworks for small‑to‑medium projects
- Collaborate with Technical Architects on larger engagements
- Ensure successful continuous delivery deployments across environments
- Support client implementations with Salesforce product teams
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years on Salesforce platform with DevOps focus
- Hands‑on Salesforce DX, CLI, Metadata API, Apex, LWC
- Experience with CI/CD tools: Copado, Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps
- Proficient in GitHub, Bitbucket, branching, release governance
- Knowledge of deployment models: Change Sets, Packages, Metadata
- Test automation (Selenium, ApexUnit, JMeter) and code quality tools
- Docker, orchestration pipelines, security integration in CI/CD
- Performance monitoring (Event Monitoring, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor)
- Strong client‑facing communication and project leadership
