Senior Oracle ERP Tester

About the role

Quality Assurance team at Qualcomm India focuses on delivering high‑quality Oracle ERP/Fusion and Salesforce solutions. The Senior Oracle ERP Tester designs and executes functional, integration, and automation test cases across Finance, Supply Chain, Lead‑to‑Cash, and Salesforce Sales Cloud, collaborates with architects and developers, and drives AI‑powered testing innovations. Hyderabad office, on‑site work model, with opportunities to lead test automation and CI/CD quality gates.

What you’ll do

• Design and participate in QA strategy, test planning, and execution for Oracle ERP and Salesforce platforms
• Author and execute functional and integration test cases covering cross‑system flows
• Lead test automation initiatives, CI/CD quality gates, and defect management
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and leadership to ensure solution quality
• Maintain QA documentation, RACI and requirements traceability matrices
• Provide weekly test status reporting and facilitate defect triage meetings
• Identify and implement AI‑powered QA solutions using Salesforce Einstein, Oracle AI Services, and related technologies
• Support UAT coordination and production stability across global teams

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years QA/testing experience with Oracle ERP/Fusion and/or Salesforce
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion modules (SCM Cloud, Financials, Revenue Management)
• Experience testing Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud) and integrations
• Proficiency with JIRA/ALM for defect management and Confluence for documentation
• Experience in Agile/SAFe delivery environments
• Strong knowledge of SIT, E2E, UAT, and regression testing methodologies
• Experience with test automation using Selenium, Java and/or Apex
