About the role

State Street seeks a Senior Manager to lead Oracle ERP implementations for institutional clients. The role involves guiding business requirements, configuring Fusion Financials Cloud modules, and managing project lifecycles from design to go-live. This position is based in Hyderabad, India, with a Hybrid work model.

What you’ll do

Guide and assist business through all phases of Oracle Cloud Financials Implementation
Gather business requirements through process workshops
Analyze, design, configure, and develop solutions for Oracle Financial Applications
Configure financial modules to align with business processes
Manage go-live preparation, cut-over, and hyper care support
Lead a team and manage multiple task assignments independently
Handle business expectations and provide strategic guidance
Provide 1-2 years of support experience post-implementation (preferred)

What you’ll bring

15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP EBS and Cloud
In-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud
7-8+ years implementation experience in Cloud, preferably in a lead role
Functional knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, iExpense, AR, CM, GL, and Accounting
Experience leading or managing projects
Ability to analyze current systems and identify enhancement needs
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
