About the role

As a Senior Staff Software Engineer you will design and implement backend server‑side components, lead technical decisions, mentor junior engineers, and drive GenAI‑assisted specifications. What you’ll bring
- 6+ years experience
- Proficiency in Go, Python, C++, or Java
- Unix/Linux development
- Service‑Oriented Architecture experience
- GenAI‑based development with prompt engineering
- Microservices design
- Cloud technologies (AWS)
- Third‑party API integrations at scale
Nice to have
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of SaaS or backup domain
- Experience with Docker
