AI & Data Engineering team at Brillio builds enterprise data warehouse solutions. The Senior Lead Data Engineer designs and architects scalable SAP BODS and IBM DataStage pipelines, develops data models, and ensures performance and governance. Leads a team of data engineers, collaborates with BI and analytics stakeholders, and works in a hybrid model across Bangalore and Pune, India.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using SAP BODS and IBM DataStage
• Develop and maintain data models and schemas for the enterprise data warehouse
• Optimize performance of data workflows and SQL queries
• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, conduct code reviews
• Collaborate with BI, analytics, and application teams to gather requirements
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards
• Participate in sprint planning and technical roadmap discussions
• Support production issue resolution and root cause analysis

• 5+ years data engineering experience
• 2+ years leading technical teams
• Strong SAP BODS expertise
• IBM DataStage experience
• Advanced SQL and Oracle expertise
• Data modeling (Star/Snowflake, SCD)
• ETL/ELT design and optimization
• CI/CD pipeline implementation
