About the role

Engineering Management team at SkySun builds a next‑generation CRM and operations platform for a fast‑growing residential energy company. The Senior Engineer Manager leads full‑stack development, owns architecture, mentors a team of engineers, QA and analysts, and collaborates with sales, finance and field operations to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab, India, on‑site work 5 days a week with US night shift hours.

What you’ll do

• Own full technical execution of CRM and operations platform
• Lead architecture, system design, performance and scalability
• Create engineering processes, sprint structure and code review standards
• Collaborate with leadership, sales, finance and field operations teams
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Oversee integrations with dialers, finance platforms and third‑party APIs
• Build modules for CRM, dispatch, pipeline management and AI‑assisted call intelligence
• Recruit, mentor and hold engineering team accountable

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years total experience
• 2+ years technical leadership or engineering management
• Strong full‑stack development with Next.js, React, Node.js
• Experience with PostgreSQL/Supabase and cloud‑based architecture
• Proven ability to manage engineers, QA and business analysts
