What you’ll do
- Participate in feature discussions and provide usability feedback
- Develop comprehensive test cases for new features
- Test current products and identify deficiencies
- Become a subject matter expert on product usage
- Investigate product quality to improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with development team for consistent project execution
- Identify QA process bottlenecks and suggest improvements
- Collect quality data and report key KPIs to stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years experience as a Quality Engineer
- Knowledge of QA methodology and industry‑standard testing tools
- Experience with UI testing and test‑driven development strategies
- Proficient with version control systems such as Git or Subversion
- Driving quality through process, instrumentation, requirements, and testing
- Strong ownership, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication
