What you’ll do
- Maintain food safety and health standards
- Oversee food & beverage preparation and cleanliness
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and resolve customer complaints
- Develop and train co‑workers on technical and service skills
- Manage night‑shift handovers and cash, equipment, and stock
- Run profitable shifts and reinforce leadership behaviours
- Coordinate staff scheduling and motivate team to achieve targets
- Support sales, marketing, and promotion initiatives
