Reporting To: Restaurant General Manager (RGM) Job Responsibilities: This intensive 24 months program will allow the Trainee Floor Managers to learn all the basics Kitchen, Front counter, Dining area and Drive-thru. Manage the restaurant during different shifts Learn & manage different departments- CEM,FQM & PDM Role model the non-negotiables in the restaurant – Quality, Service & Cleanliness Job Requirements: Educational Qualification: Graduate from a recognized institution Specific Certification (if Any): Nil Preferred Total Experience: 0 Skills Required: Communication Skills Customer Service Skills Attention to detail Time Management Skills Flexibility & adaptability Team work and interpersonal skill CTC : Rs. 2.30 Lakhs Per Annum. (Approx. 15,000/- Net Take Home) + Other Statutory Benefits as per Government Norm
