Global Facilities Services (GFS) team at Burns & McDonnell delivers high‑tech building design and construction across sectors such as data centers, life sciences, and manufacturing. The Associate Senior Structural Engineer leads structural design from concept through completion, conducts analysis, reviews vendor drawings, and ensures interdisciplinary coordination while managing schedule, budget, and quality KPIs. Based in Bengaluru, on‑site role with responsibilities for mentoring staff, QA/QC oversight, and supporting business growth initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Lead structural design of projects from conceptual phase through design completion
• Perform analysis and design of superstructures and foundations for industrial facilities
• Review geotechnical reports, equipment vendor, and fabrication drawings
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams to develop clash‑free system designs
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget while monitoring quality KPIs
• Mentor junior engineers and support team staffing and development
