Senior Manager - Information and Cybersecurity

About the role

Iris Software seeks a Senior Manager - Information and Cybersecurity to own and shape the enterprise cybersecurity strategy and IT risk management program across its global IT services operations. Day-to-day, you will implement and manage a Security Operations Center (SOC), drive threat modeling and risk mitigation, design security policies and procedures for compliance, manage security incidents and service changes, produce dashboards for senior management, mentor the team, and coordinate security projects and budgets with internal and external stakeholders. The role is based in Noida, UP, India.

  • Create reports and dashboards for security operations and present them to senior management and customers.
  • Act as a mentor for the team, provide technical assistance, and periodically plan team trainings as part of the technical skill enhancement program.
  • Research newer technologies to identify relevant tools, techniques, and methods for service improvements, present to stakeholders and management for approval, and drive implementations.
  • Ensure active contribution and financial management of security budgets, manpower, costing, and billings.

  • Implement and manage a Security Operations Center (SOC) and drive effective implementation of security technology solutions in multi-tenant and conglomerate environments.
