O&M Incharge - Electrical & Mechanical

About the role

Water & Effluent Treatment (WET) department at Larsen & Toubro oversees operation and maintenance of water and wastewater facilities. The O&M Incharge leads preventive, breakdown and predictive maintenance of mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, valves, transformers, motors and DG sets, while managing vendor contracts and customer relationships. Prayagraj location, on-site work model, with responsibility for EHS compliance and CMMS implementation.

What you’ll do

• Lead preventive, breakdown and predictive maintenance of mechanical and electrical assets
• Implement and monitor computerized maintenance management system
• Manage subcontracts, vendor contracts and purchase orders
• Ensure compliance with KPI, EHS and quality procedures
• Oversee manpower and customer relationship management

What you’ll bring

Diploma in Mechanical or BE/B.Tech (ME)

4-10 years relevant experience
