What you’ll do

• Oversee rebar fabrication processes
• Manage team of engineers and laborers
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal departments
• Optimize material usage and reduce scrap
• Monitor planned vs. achievement metrics
• Ensure safety protocols are followed
• Prepare monthly steel requirement submissions
• Document process reports per ISO

What you’ll bring

• 8-12 years experience
• Good knowledge of fabrication techniques
