Senior Java Fullstack Angular Engineer

About the role

Iris Software seeks a Senior Engineer to design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular. The role involves defining API contracts, optimizing performance, and mentoring junior developers within a hybrid work model in Noida, UP, India. This position focuses on delivering high-quality, secure, and maintainable solutions for complex client projects.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular
• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed systems
• Develop reusable backend components following clean architecture and secure coding practices
• Lead development of reusable Angular components and scalable state management solutions
• Optimize application performance through caching, database tuning, and JVM optimization
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including design, testing, and deployment readiness
• Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards and engineering best practices
• Mentor junior developers on coding standards, debugging techniques, and modern Java practices

What you’ll bring

• Java 17+ with Hibernate and JPA
• Angular 14+ including NgRx and RxJS
• Microservices architecture and REST APIs
• Spring Boot and Spring Security (JWT/Oauth)
• Experience with RabbitMQ or similar messaging middleware
