Associate Lead Consultant - Fusion HCM Techno Functional

About the role

Yash Technologies' Fusion HCM team drives Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across core HR, payroll, and talent modules. The consultant leads requirement analysis, solution design, and technical development while supporting upgrades and integrations. Based in Pune and Hyderabad with on-site work, the role offers exposure to multi-country deployments and senior stakeholder engagement.

What you’ll do

• Analyze HR business requirements and translate into technical solutions
• Configure and implement Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Performance Management and ORC modules
• Develop reports, integrations, extensions using OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, Fast Formulas
• Support system upgrades, patch testing and quarterly release evaluations
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and coordinate with Oracle Support
• Perform data uploads, mass changes and manage data security configurations
• Create user documentation and deliver training to end users and super users
• Collaborate with senior business leaders on technology roadmaps

What you’ll bring

• 8-10 years Oracle HCM implementation experience
• 5+ years Oracle HCM Cloud experience
• 2-3 full lifecycle implementations
• Bachelors degree in CS, IS, HR or related field
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification
• Hands‑on with OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, Fast Formulas
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
• Strong analytical and communication skills
