The Senior Associate Lead Consultant designs system architectures, leads client workshops, and drives full‑lifecycle implementations while ensuring Redwood UX adoption. Based in Pune, on‑site at the YASH office, the role offers flexible work arrangements and a collaborative, inclusive environment.

What you’ll do

• Lead end‑to‑end configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and enterprise structures
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications
• Develop and execute test plans for SIT and UAT, manage regression testing for quarterly updates
• Oversee data migration using HDL and coordinate integrations with OIC and reporting tools
• Provide production support, troubleshoot complex functional issues, and mentor junior consultants

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience
• Hands‑on experience with Core HR, Global HR, Payroll, Talent Management modules
• Proficiency with Oracle Redwood UX design and validation
• Experience configuring workflows, security roles, and data loads
• Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field
