What you’ll do
- Architect and develop Salesforce customizations (Apex, LWC, Flows)
- Enhance Sales Cloud capabilities and manage integrations
- Lead code reviews and enforce engineering standards
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline management and deployments
- Collaborate with sales stakeholders to translate requirements
- Identify and remediate technical debt and performance issues
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate new features
- Produce technical documentation and design artifacts
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years Salesforce development experience
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and sales processes
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and middleware
- Active Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git and DevOps practices
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Mentoring junior developers
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
