About the role

Wells Fargo seeks a Senior Institutional Investment Operations Representative in Bengaluru, India, to manage complex institutional trade operations and drive process improvements. The role involves processing transactions, reconciling inquiries, supporting audits, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues. This full-time position requires working night shifts and weekends as per business demands.

What you’ll do

• Perform operational tasks for complex institutional trades and system processes
• Process, research inquiries, and reconcile transactions
• Review time-sensitive documents and ensure EOD queue clearance
• Provide training or work direction to less experienced staff
• Support audit requirements and address compliance issues
• Lead or participate in projects and identify process re-engineering opportunities
• Interact with internal and external customers to resolve issues
• Analyze low affirmation rates and conduct client outreach

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years of Institutional Investment Operations support experience
• Understanding of Pre Matching, Trade Allocations, Affirmations/Confirmations
• Sound knowledge of Pre-Settlements/Settlements and trade life cycle
• Excellent articulation and communication skills (Written & verbal)
• Ability to deliver against strict deadlines under pressure
