About the role

Wells Fargo seeks a Senior Institutional Investment Operations Representative in Hyderabad to manage complex institutional trade operations and process improvements. The role involves reconciling transactions, supporting audits, and driving process transformation while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. This full-time position operates on a hybrid work model.

What you’ll do

• Perform operational tasks for complex institutional trades and reconcile transactions
• Identify and drive process re-engineering or transformation opportunities
• Support audit requirements and address compliance and corporate governance issues
• Monitor internal and external systems related to trade settlements and fail control
• Act as a liaison between settlement and various internal/external clients and business partners
• Provide training or work direction to less experienced staff
• Review time-sensitive documents and research inquiries
• Lead or participate in projects to resolve issues and achieve goals

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years of Institutional Investment Operations support experience
• Sound knowledge of Trade Life Cycle
• Working knowledge of Broadridge systems (Impact, BPS, Ascendis, Bloomberg, Gloss)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Word and Excel

Nice to have

• B.com/MBA degree in Finance or related field
• 5-7 years of relevant working experience in US Domestic or International markets Settlements
• Knowledge of industry Regulatory/Buy-In standards and deadlines
