Senior Risk Analytics Consultant

About the role

Wells Fargo seeks a Senior Risk Analytics Consultant to support the applied-AI team in Bengaluru, India. This role involves building and iterating prompts for point solutions within horizontal toolsets like Copilot Studio and Tachyon AI Studio under the direction of the Lead Applied AI Business Architect. The position is full-time with an on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Lead cross functional teams to identify, strategize, and execute Artificial Intelligence initiatives
• Builds and iterates prompts for point solutions within horizontal toolsets
• Runs rapid experiments and prototype iterations under the direction of the Lead Applied AI Business Architect
• Support evaluation and quality checks for AI solutions
• Analyze and review cases obtaining the required resources to ensure solution delivery
• Leverage knowledge to evaluate technological readiness, data availability, and resources
• Influence without authority to drive implementation of AI initiatives while serving multiple stakeholders
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve and achieve goals

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years of Artificial Intelligence experience
• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• Expert-level Python programming skills including OOP and API Development
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building production-ready Generative AI and LLM-based solutions
• Experience with vector databases and search technologies such as Pinecone or FAISS
• Strong understanding of NLP, information retrieval, and semantic search
