About the role

Wells Fargo seeks a Senior Risk Analytics Consultant in Bengaluru, India, to lead moderately complex initiatives and deliver decision strategies within risk analytics. The role involves analyzing data models, ensuring governance compliance, and mentoring staff while collaborating with cross-enterprise teams. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on scalable self-service BI solutions and data consolidation.

What you’ll do

• Lead or participate in moderately complex analytics initiatives and large-scale planning
• Review and analyze data aggregation, forecasting, reporting, and programming models
• Manage process production, data reconciliation, and model documentation aligned with policy governance
• Resolve data and business modeling issues while leading the team to meet deliverables
• Collaborate with peers, managers, compliance, and technology to achieve analytic goals
• Lead projects, teams, and mentor less experienced staff
• Partner with cross-enterprise risk analysts to develop common modeling strategies
• Create self-service BI support through automation and reusable data assets

What you’ll bring

4+ years of Risk Analytics experience or equivalent combination of work, training, military experience, or education
