  • Partner with Legal and HR to assess and mitigate employment risks
  • Design and deliver training programs on ER topics
  • Lead complex employee relations investigations

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
  • Experience with labor/employee relations
  • Experience conducting investigations and handling confidential information
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
