About the role
Human Resources team at Fronius India drives talent strategy, employee development and compliance across the organization. The Specialist partners with leadership to shape recruiting, onboarding, training programs and employer branding while managing employee data in Workday and supporting legal compliance. Pune, on-site, hybrid schedule with occasional travel as needed.
What you’ll do
- Partner with leadership to execute HR and talent strategy
- Manage onboarding, induction and training coordination
- Strengthen employer brand and employee well‑being initiatives
- Provide consulting support to employees and managers
- Maintain employee data in Workday HR system
- Support subsidiary management on HR topics
- Contribute to HR projects and process design
- Ensure legal compliance with national employment laws
What you’ll bring
- Master's degree in HR or related field
- 8-10 years of HR experience
- Thorough knowledge of employment laws
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to quickly learn HRIS
