About the role
Advisory team at PwC focuses on optimizing business applications for clients. The Senior Associate will design, develop, and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including custom journeys, email templates, and data extensions, while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver ROI. Based in Pune with an on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Analyze client requirements and design marketing journeys
- Develop and debug custom SFMC components and integrations
- Build and manage Cloud Pages, email/SMS campaigns, and landing pages
- Define segmentation criteria and conduct A/B testing
- Provide ROI reporting to stakeholders
- Participate in day-to-day campaign improvements and bug fixes
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong knowledge of SF platform data model and Ampscript
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SQL, JavaScript
- Experience with Cloud Pages, Email Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder
- Design and debug custom marketing solutions
- Create and manage data extensions and segmentation
- MBA or related degree
