About the role

The Senior Associate, Salesforce Copado QA designs and executes test cases, manages defects, and builds dashboards while training users on the Salesforce platform. Based in Pune, India, this role works on-site at the PwC office.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce applications
- Manage defect lifecycle and use traceability matrices
- Perform root cause analysis and create action plans
- Gather business requirements and conduct workshops
- Lead sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives
- Create user training materials and deliver sessions
- Configure and maintain Salesforce admin settings
- Build management dashboards to track KPIs
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years QA experience in Salesforce environments
- Hands‑on with Salesforce Copado
- Basic Salesforce admin skills
- Data query and extraction
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Collaborative team player
Nice to have
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Familiarity with Process Builder and Apex
