About the role

The role leads end-to-end UX design for large‑deal proposals, conducts user research, creates design systems, and facilitates workshops with cross‑functional stakeholders. What you’ll do
- Lead UX design for large‑deal proposals and digital touchpoints
- Conduct and synthesize user research to inform personas and journeys
- Design and facilitate workshops and co‑creation sessions
- Create and maintain scalable design systems and interaction guidelines
- Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure design integrity
What you’ll bring
- 15-20 years UX design experience
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, InVision, Azure RP
- Experience conducting user research and persona development
- Designing workshops and design sprints
- Creating design systems and component libraries
- Collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Familiarity with AI‑assisted design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Gemini)
