About the role

Management Trainee program at Anaxee Digital Runners, a VC‑funded startup focused on scaling businesses across India through a digital foot‑soldier network. The role provides structured cross‑functional training in inside sales and operations, where you will assist senior staff with policy development, data analysis, client coordination, and reporting using Excel and Google Workspace. Based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, work is on‑site at the office with a full‑time schedule.

What you’ll do

• Undergo structured training across multiple departments, focusing on inside sales and operations
• Assist in developing and implementing policies, performance goals, and business objectives
• Prepare reports, projects, and presentations for internal reviews
• Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations
• Work with established client accounts and support coordination efforts
• Observe and collaborate with experienced team members to understand business processes
• Maintain records and documentation accurately
• Utilize Excel and Google Workspace tools for analysis and reporting
