What you’ll do

• Own operational relationships with global banking partners, including performance reviews and escalations
• Drive partner performance by monitoring speed, reliability, incidents, SLA gaps, and costs
• Translate internal problems into partner improvement plans with clear owners and timelines
• Hold partner banks accountable for SLA performance and incident resolution
• Support incident and post‑incident corrective actions and root‑cause analysis
• Improve operational visibility through documentation and reporting
• Collaborate with Banking, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Governance on fees, contracts, and regulatory expectations
• Share best practices and operating routines with regional and internal teams

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Data‑driven problem solving and impact analysis
• Experience with SLA, contract, and fee management
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and prioritize broadly
• Excellent communication for translating complex issues
• Ownership mindset with strong judgement under pressure
• Experience with SQL, Looker, Tableau or similar data tools
