About the role

Join the Trust & Safety team to protect a large consumer platform from fraud and abuse. You will investigate complex patterns, identify root causes, and develop data-driven mitigation strategies alongside cross-functional teams. This is an on-site role based in Hyderabad, India.

What you’ll do

Investigate complex and ambiguous abuse patterns to uncover deceptive or manipulative behavior.
Identify root causes of fraud and manipulation on the platform.
Develop data-driven approaches to mitigate risk and strengthen the trust and safety ecosystem.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.

What you’ll bring

4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, including identifying trends and converting raw data into actionable decisions.
Proven experience in fraud detection, investigations, risk analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
