About the role
Digital Technology Transformation Office (DTTO) at AGCO drives enterprise-wide digital strategy, architecture, and change management to create sustainable value for farmers. The Senior Director leads senior managers across Enterprise Architecture, PMO, and Organizational Change Management, shaping technology roadmaps, governance frameworks, and AI-forward solutions. Based in Duluth, GA with hybrid onsite expectations (minimum 4 days/week) and optional work from Budapest or Pune locations.
What you’ll do
- Provide strategic leadership for enterprise architecture, PMO, and OCM functions
- Establish governance frameworks and portfolio optimization processes
- Define and own enterprise architecture vision and AI-forward roadmaps
- Champion organizational change initiatives to ensure technology adoption
- Engage senior executives to align technology investments with business goals
What you’ll bring
- 15+ years technology leadership experience
- 8+ years managing senior managers in tech, PMO, or EA
- Proven track record developing enterprise-level strategies
- Strong business acumen with AI, Cloud, Industry 4/5 knowledge
- Exceptional executive influencing and communication skills
