The Production Associate II operates conventional, CNC and robotic machines, performs quality inspections, and maintains equipment while adhering to strict safety and environmental standards. Based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, this on‑site role follows a hybrid schedule with flexibility as needed.

What you’ll do

• Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products
• Perform quality inspections and control non‑conforming material
• Maintain clean work area and conduct routine equipment cleaning and maintenance
• Follow HSE policies, use PPE, and report safety hazards
• Communicate effectively with team and support staff
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives

What you’ll bring

• Hands‑on experience with conventional machines, CNC machines, and robotic systems
• Strong knowledge of connecting rod machining processes
• Mechanical Engineering background preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment
• Good understanding of machining practices and quality standards
