Credit Risk Middle Market Corporates team at JPMorgan Chase focuses on managing credit risk for corporate clients in the Commercial Banking division. The associate conducts comprehensive credit analyses, manages client portfolios, negotiates terms, and supports capital market due diligence while collaborating with North America senior officers. What you’ll do

• Independently manage client portfolio and prepare credit analyses
• Conduct macro, industry, financial modeling and recommend rating changes
• Negotiate credit terms and finalize documentation
• Support due diligence on capital market transactions
• Collaborate with North America senior officers on new client onboarding
• Build relationships across Credit Officers, Bankers, Middle Office
• Mentor junior team members
• Ensure governance, reporting and data quality
