About the role
Quotient Inside AI Product Enablement Manager leads the AI Capability & Enablement function, translating firm-wide AI priorities into coaching, experimentation, and scalable guidance. The role designs workflows, runs office‑hours coaching, triages AI requests, captures patterns, and leads cross‑functional enablement initiatives. Gurugram, Hybrid (at least three days onsite).
What you’ll do
- Provide AI coaching via office hours and 1:1 sessions
- Guide colleagues to translate problems into AI‑solvable use cases
- Run hands‑on AI experimentation (meta‑prompting, custom GPTs)
- Monitor AI channels, triage requests, and route to appropriate resources
- Identify recurring patterns and create reusable artifacts
- Lead enablement initiatives from planning to rollout
- Coordinate cross‑functional contributors across strategy, design, training, and platform teams
- Track KPIs and recommend improvements
What you’ll bring
- 6-9 years AI enablement or digital delivery
- Project management and facilitation experience
- Hands‑on experience with AI tools (custom GPTs, prompt engineering)
- Experience in professional services or matrixed environments
