About the role

Drives delivery of group management and statutory reporting, overseeing financial forecasts, budgeting, and strategic analysis to support senior finance leadership. Leads a team of FP&A analysts, partners with senior stakeholders across marketing, supply chain, and finance to provide insights and recommendations. Gurugram, India, on-site.
What you’ll do
- Own/lead annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations
- Develop financial models for scenario planning
- Deliver financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to influence decisions and optimize costs
- Drive automation and best practices in FP&A processes
- Mentor and manage FP&A analysts
- Support Consumer Delivery Lead with value creation across product categories
What you’ll bring
- CA or CFA
- Any graduation
- 8-12 years progressive finance experience

- Advanced Excel (macros, pivots)
