About the role
KPMG Global Services Data & Analytics team builds scalable, cloud‑native data platforms for enterprise clients. The Associate Director leads a technical team to design, develop, and optimize end‑to‑end data pipelines and lakehouse architectures on Azure, AWS, or GCP, while establishing data governance and CI/CD standards. Bangalore, on-site, hybrid model with occasional travel to Pune.
What you’ll do
- Lead and mentor 8‑15 engineers
- Architect and develop ETL/ELT pipelines
- Design scalable data lakehouse and warehouse solutions
- Establish data modelling and quality standards
- Collaborate with business owners and product managers
- Define CI/CD and monitoring for data workloads
- Drive cloud platform adoption and cost‑efficiency
- Contribute to pre‑sales and solutioning activities
What you’ll bring
- 12+ years data engineering
- 3+ years leading technical teams
- Python, PySpark, Databricks
- Azure/AWS/GCP data solutions
