About the role

GSUS Travel Sales at ICG Medical connects nurses and healthcare workers with US healthcare providers, driving the mission of improving patient care. The recruiter sources candidates, manages pipelines, handles compliance and payroll queries, and builds client relationships while working US shifts from the Noida office. Noida, India, on-site, relocation available.

What you’ll do

• Source and generate referrals via social media and database mining
• Manage candidate pipeline and maintain documentation compliance
• Conduct follow‑up and welfare calls to ensure service quality
• Develop and nurture client relationships to maximize opportunities
• Handle basic payroll queries and timesheet management

What you’ll bring

• Graduate degree
• 1+ year US healthcare recruitment experience
